"The American Revolution ushered in an age of democratic revolutions. Some of those revolutions resulted in functioning democracies, but as noted, not all such revolutions were peaceful. Some ended in extensive violence and dictatorship. America’s revolutionary war and its Declaration of Independence did not lead to chaos, rather it culminated in the Constitutional Convention of 1787 and the peaceful transfer of political power between parties in 1801."

(AMERICAN VISION AND VALUES, Bellevue University Nebraska.)

It matters a great deal how we classify or define the structure of our government, because those words either resonate with the heart of people or will thwart their thinking. Democracy resonates with the heart of every American citizen, but it is such an ideal that would cause the collapse of this country to eliminate any form of empowered structure to manage that democracy, as if such democracy were the enemy of itself. It is important for the governed to understand how the government is set up, how and why the government is empowered to govern the people, in order to preserve the power of the governed people. It is the design that is genius. How to fill it with the correct officers is a whole other question.

But why is citizenship education important for the governed as much as for the government? The answer can be as simple as the answer Andrew Oldenquist's reasoning published in Educational Leadership, 1980, titled The Nature of Citizenship: "Citizenship education should foster group loyalty and values", even if he also flavored it with critical specifics such as 'white middle-class values in black and white poor neighborhoods'. Today we are just hoping all citizens will learn about the academic interpretation of the government systems.

The United States is not an autocracy, because it is not governed by a supreme monarch. The United States is Governed by democratically elected representatives; therefore, it is a democracy, meaning the will of the people is heard first, and made effective by the appointment of the representation. The assembly or House of Representatives than is entitled again, as the result of a secondary democratic election to conduct any national decision making, even the creation of an electoral college to appoint a President. The United States is currently a confederation of 50 self-governed states. To manage the bureaucratic duties of such vast territory effectively, legally, and transparently, additional structures are necessary to implement. The 50 self-governed states empower one or two representatives via democratic elections to conduct state interests on a federal level. It is highly commendable that they hear out the Mass of People's opinion on the matter first by a general Presidential election before voting themselves. It is not only power preserved for the people, but respect given to the people by those in whose hands the decision ultimately stands. Why elect representatives, if you are only going to strip them from power by debating their office to be unconstitutional or as a violation of the rights of the people. You either elect representatives and give them due respect and power, or you don't and end up with a chaotic, unmanageable democratic bureaucracy. But you can't elect representatives to just sit and be your puppets. Have respect for the office that is there to represent you, and the excellent process to get the right people into those offices.

Therefore, the United States operates and realizes the vision of its constitution by inventing a system never used before, and best described as "REPRESENTATIVE DEMOCRACY, or a CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC". (America Is A Democracy, Counter Arguments, YouTube, 2019)

Where democracy is a cultural attitude giving power and freedom to the people, but not a governmental structure of government, because that power goes to the democratically elected representatives to protect the will of the people.

It is crucial for everyday citizens to understand how we classify or define the structure of our government, so they would know how much respect their voice is entitled to and wouldn't incorrectly grudge against authority by not understanding the nuances of their government. Much harm is done by 'denialists' and conspiration theorists causing unfunded, gossip-like rebellion against a beautifully designed system. If you don't like the minority of rich and entitled representatives making the decisions on the federal level, start democratically electing poor, insignificant representatives on the state level, and see what happens. It is up to your citizens living in your state. But just remember before you do that, how can you expect someone running and managing a country's books and economy, who cannot manage their own. One frightening example of how commendable democratic structure can misfire, is by the Russian democratic elections resulting ongoingly in the appointment of a mentally ill mass-murderer psychopath, like Putin. He is a democratically elected dictator, using a legitimate democratic process to elect a tyrant autocrat. Are the Russian people really so weak just can't get rid of him, or do they really like how Putin is undermining all human dignity and decency to achieve his selfish objectives? Let's see how they vote in May 2024 now, after his totalitarian march into invading another (8th) unprovoked war against Ukraine?

ACCOUNTABILITY builds trust and support between the governed and its elected government. While a chain of command is necessary for efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency, consistent integrity, that means doing the right thing every single day in office, healthy political and administrative relationship building and advancements towards governmental mission by a servant leader attitude. Accountability ensures follow through, time efficiency, and respectable, even graceful motivational force. Accountability is also the result of insightful education of the governed to participate in the endorsement or critique of the government. Therefore, it is the government's best interest to clarify misconceptions by correct education.

Also, you could try googling various other foreign countries' constitution, and least read up on a few Wikipedia entrees to enlighten yourself by the comparison. Do you still desire any changes to what America created? Is it really the system that must change, or just the education of the elected for office? Do not confuse the constitutional system with the character of people elected to office? You can craft the most incredible vessel, but are you going to fill it with the best wine, or the worst? Choose your content to elevate the morale of this country, instead of tearing down a piece of genius and elegant political art constructed for an ideal power distribution that represents the voice of the people. Please, treasure, respect, and love your Representative Democracy, because it is the greatest invention in the history of humankind.

The most legitimate question to ask here would be:

WHY PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS BECAME SO DEPENDENT ON CAMPAIGNS, WHICH DEPEND ON INSANE FUNDRAISING, AND THEREFORE DEPENDS ON BILLIONAIRES WITH THEIR OWN INTERESTS IN THE FOREFRONT INSTEAD OF THE INTERESTS AND WILL OF THE PEOPLE? IDEALLY, ELECTIONS SHOULD COST NOTHING, because it should be about the best argument (public debate) and not about whose face was in the news most. Increasing public education while making presidential campaigning unconstitutional would be a more enlightened way to hear the will of the people.

Therefore, to answer the question 'How has the United States Constitution Influenced American Values?' is that the most revolutionary significant act was to base the formation of a new country on shared values of its citizens. How has the United States Constitution

influenced American values?

4

Voice cast authored by and read by

as a public content of the Institute

of Universal Human Rights, Hawaii.

6

:

I'm going to start with a quote.

7

:

From the American Vision

and Values, published by

8

:

Bellevue University, Nebraska.

9

:

The American Revolution ushered in

an age of democratic revolutions.

10

:

Some of those revolutions resulted in

functioning democracies, but as noted,

11

:

not all such revolutions were peaceful.

12

:

Some ended in extinction.

13

:

Extensive violence and dictatorship.

14

:

Americans Revolutionary War and

its Declaration of Independence

15

:

did not lead to chaos.

16

:

Rather, it culminated in the

constitutional convention of:

17

:

and a peaceful transfer of political

power between parties in:

18

:

And this is the end of the quotation.

19

:

It matters a great deal

how we satis, classify, or.

20

:

define the structure of our

government because those words

21

:

either resonate with the heart of

people or will thwart their thinking.

22

:

Democracy resonates with the heart of

every American citizen from the cradle.

23

:

But it is such an idea that would

cause the collapse of its country.

24

:

Eliminate any form of empowered structure

to manage that democracy would be as such

25

:

as if democracy were the enemy of itself.

26

:

It is important for the governed to

understand how the government is set up,

27

:

how and why the government is empowered

to govern the people in order to preserve

28

:

the power of the governed people.

29

:

It is the design that is genius.

30

:

How to fill it with people,

with the correct officers,

31

:

is a whole other question.

32

:

Now, the structure of democracy

that most people imagine, a direct,

33

:

What did the founding fathers do

to this direct democracy to make it

34

:

manageable and to survive for the ages

is what we're going to explain now.

35

:

But why citizenship education

is important to the governed

36

:

as much as to the government?

37

:

The answer can be as simple

as the answer Andrew.

38

:

Aldenquist's reasoning published

in Educational Leadership in:

39

:

titled The Nature of Citizenship.

40

:

Citizenship education should

foster group loyalty and values.

41

:

Now, even if he also flavored it with

critical specifics such as white middle

42

:

class values in black and white poor

neighborhoods, Let's set that aside

43

:

for a moment, because today we are

just hoping all citizens will learn

44

:

about the academic interpretation

of the government systems, and learn

45

:

group loyalty and national values.

46

:

The United States is not an

autocracy, because it is not

47

:

governed by the supreme monarch.

48

:

The United States is governed by

democratically elected representatives,

49

:

therefore it is an autocracy.

50

:

Uh, democracy, meaning the will of

the people is heard first and made

51

:

effective by the appointment Of the

representation, the assembly of House of

52

:

Representatives that is entitled again

as the result of a secondary democratic

53

:

election to conduct any national

decision making, even the creation of an

54

:

electoral college to appoint a president.

55

:

The United States is currently a

confederation of 50 self governed states.

56

:

Therefore, we are citizens of

the federal nation of the United

57

:

States, and our individual states.

58

:

To manage the bureaucratic duties

of such vast territory effectively,

59

:

legally, and transparently, additional

structures are necessary to implement.

60

:

The 50 self governed states empower

one or two representatives via

61

:

democratic elections to conduct

state interests on a federal level.

62

:

It is highly commendable

that they hear out the mass.

63

:

of people's opinion on the matter

first by a general presidential

64

:

election before voting themselves.

65

:

It is not only power preserved for

the people, but respect given to

66

:

the people by those in whose hands

the decision ultimately stands.

67

:

Why elect representatives if you are only

going to strip them from power by debating

68

:

their office to be unconstitutional or as

a violation of the rights of the people?

69

:

You either elect representatives and

give them due respect and power, or you

70

:

don't, and end up with a chaotic election.

71

:

Direct democracy and unmanageable

democratic bureaucracy, but you

72

:

can elect representatives to

just sit and be your puppets.

73

:

Do you want to do that?

74

:

No.

75

:

Have respect for the office

that is there to represent you.

76

:

The excellent process to get the

right people in those offices.

77

:

Therefore, the United States operates and

realizes the vision of its constitution

78

:

by inventing a system never used before

and best described as representative

79

:

democracy or constitutional republic.

80

:

As it has been said in 2019

video of America is a Democracy

81

:

with counter arguments.

82

:

It's worth watching.

83

:

Look it up.

84

:

But democracy is a cultural

attitude giving power and

85

:

freedom to the people, but not a

government structure or government.

86

:

Because that power goes to the

democratically elected representatives

87

:

to protect the will of the people.

88

:

It is crucial for everyday citizens to

understand how we classify or define

89

:

the structure of our government,

so they could know how much respect

90

:

their voice is entitled to, and

wouldn't incorrectly grudge against

91

:

authority by not understanding

the nuances of their government.

92

:

Much harm is done by denialists

and conspiration theorists, causing

93

:

unfunded gossip like rebellion against

the beautifully designed system.

94

:

If you don't like the minority of rich

and entitled representatives making

95

:

the decision on the federal level,

start democratically electing poor.

96

:

insignificant representatives on a

state level and see what happens.

97

:

It is up to your citizens

living in your state.

98

:

But just remember before you do that,

how can you expect someone running

99

:

and managing a country's books and

economy who cannot manage their own?

100

:

One frightening example of how

commendable democratic structures can

101

:

misfire is by the Russian democratic

elections, resulting ongoingly in

102

:

the appointment of a mentally ill

mass murderous psychopath like Putin.

103

:

He is a democratically elected

dictator using a legitimate democratic

104

:

process to elect a tyrant autocrat.

105

:

Are the Russian people really so

weak, just can't get rid of him?

106

:

Or do they really like how Putin is

undermining all human dignity and decency

107

:

to achieve his selfish objectives?

108

:

Let's see how they vote in May

:

109

:

march into invading another, the

8th unprovoked war against Ukraine.

110

:

It is the 8th unprovoked

war in the region.

111

:

Accountability builds trust and

support between the governed.

112

:

And it's elected government, while

a chain of command is necessary

113

:

for efficiency, effectiveness and

transparency, consistent integrity.

114

:

That means doing the right thing, even

single every single day in office.

115

:

Healthy political and administrative

relationship building and advancements

116

:

towards governmental mission

by a servant leader's attitude.

117

:

That's what accountability is.

118

:

Accountability ensures follow through,

time efficiency, and respectable,

119

:

even graceful motivational force.

120

:

Accountability is also the result of

insightful education of the governed

121

:

to participate in the endorsement

or critique of the government.

122

:

Therefore, it is the government's

best interest to qualify, clarify

123

:

misconceptions by correct education.

124

:

Also, you could try googling various other

foreign countries constitution and at

125

:

least read up on a few Wikipedia entries

to enlighten yourself by the comparison.

126

:

Do you still desire any changes

to what America created?

127

:

Is it really the system must

change or just the education

128

:

of the elected for office?

129

:

Do not confuse the constitutional

system with the character

130

:

of people elected to office.

131

:

You can craft the most incredible

vessel, but are you gonna fill it

132

:

with the best one or the worst?

133

:

Choose your content to elevate the morale

of this country instead of tearing down

134

:

a piece of genius and elegant political

art constructed for an ideal power.

135

:

distribution that represents

the voice of the people.

136

:

Please, treasure, respect, and

love your representative democracy,

137

:

because it is the greatest

inversion of the history of mankind.

138

:

The most legitimate question to ask here

would be, why presidential elections

139

:

became so so dependent on campaigns which

depend on insane fundraising and therefore

140

:

depends on billionaires with their own

interests in the forefront instead of

141

:

the interests and will of the people.

142

:

Ideally elections should not cost

anything because it should be about

143

:

the best argument, the public debate.

144

:

And not about whose face

was in the news most.

145

:

Increasing public education while making

presidential campaigning unconstitutional

146

:

would be a more enlightened way to hear.

147

:

The will of the people.

148

:

So how has the United States

Constitution influenced American values?

149

:

It made it the most important

part of being American.

150

:

Having values the way the United States

Constitution most significantly changed

151

American values is that it funded it on

values and those nine values You will be
